Brian L. Hunter

Personal Chef

I’ve been excited about this culinary journey for quite some time, and I’m glad to have finally begun the adventure. I have been cooking and exploring in the kitchen since I was around 12 years old. I have always enjoyed preparing my favorite restaurant foods at home by scouring the internet for the best recipes. I became a fan of Alton Brown from Good Eats, as he displayed the true science behind great-tasting food. At home I still get a thrill out of experimenting in the kitchen, discovering new and challenging recipes, and even giving new life to leftovers.

I truly enjoy grilling over Mesquite wood/lump charcoal, and cooking steaks in cast iron over high heat for the perfect crust. I’m always looking for new takes on familiar foods, sourcing/cooking in-season local produce, and subtly incorporating new complimentary flavors to traditional dishes.

As a passionate home cook and budding Personal Chef, I am always learning new ways to please and delight your palate. As your trusted hand in the kitchen, continuing to learn about your tastes, whether steady or variable, is my joy. I aim to save you time on grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation so you can relax, be productive, or just live.

I look forward to treating you to this personalized service that provides colorfully flavorful, balanced, and nutrient-rich meals in the comfort of your home. Let time be on your side…I’ll get dinner ready.
